Art in the Park: The Sutton Landscape Artist of the Year Competition

How to enter

Everyone’s invited to take part in our ‘Landscape Artist of the Year’ competition. Organised by the Friends of Sutton Parks, it’s free to enter, with great prizes to win on the day. You can enter as many of the competitions as you like, giving you more chances to win the overall competition prize of a £50 art voucher!

Competitions start at 10.30am with registration. Then you have until 2pm to produce a drawing or painting of the park. Judges will award prizes on the day. All winners will be entered into the final competition where overall winners will be decided at an exhibition.

Please bring your own art materials and something to sit on on the day. No oil paints please!

  • Sat 5 Sept at Carshalton Park (SM5 3DD)
  • Sat 19 Sept at Poulter Park (SM5 1EE), meet by the playground at 10.30am for your entry form
  • Sun 27 Sept at The Grove (SM5 3AL)
